A group of middle schoolers welcoming back the growing light on Winter Solstice with Mr. Comar's brush fire! Tomorrow is the shortest day of light by just a few seconds. Though mornings won't start getting early quite yet, the daylight will grow every day until Summer Solstice.

Rick Porcello, retired MLB pitcher, formerly of the Red Sox, Mets and Tigers and recipient of the 2016 American League Cy Young award, hosted a baseball clinic this past weekend for some middle schoolers. Everyone had a great time! Rick will be helping Coach Rachel Febbie with next spring's FBS baseball team. We're so grateful to Coach Rick for sharing his expertise with our students!
There will be a two hour delay today at Flood Brook. Classes will begin at 10:00 and buses will run on a two hour delayed schedule. The forecast is somewhat uncertain, If we need to close school for the entire day, we will notify you by 8:00.
